Emma Knox joined GSK UK in 2004. She has held a variety of roles in Sales, Marketing and Market Access across Europe, Emerging Market and more recently in Southern Africa.
She moved to South Africa in 2012 where she took on the role of Marketing and Access Head for the Southern Africa region. Emma subsequently became the Cluster Country Manager for Namibia, Botswana, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
In 2018 Emma took the role as Country Manager for GSK Pharma, South Africa. Emma is a Director of GSK SA PTY.
Emma has a passion for access to medicines and took a 1-year sabbatical to work for the NGO Project HOPE (Health Opportunities for People Everywhere). In South Africa she supports partnerships between GSK and Save the Children, AMREF and Surgeons for Little Lives to improve patients access to high quality care.
